Is there anyway to get a grant to help cover non emergancy surgerys?

I'm looking at getting a Gastric surgery. I've tried several times to get funding. unfortunlly i've become a victim of the economy and well my credit and other stuff have taken a hit so it's hard for me to get this money. i was wondering if anyone knew about grants out there to help me get this surgery. any help would be GREATLY appericated!
