Move out of NYC to either NJ, PA or FL?

Job situations are bad everywhere . You are both in good fields tho' FL is hot, buggy and far away. Stay near family as you might need them and eventually you will see that they are all that counts. IMO, people in NJ are not real friendly but I only lived there a year and I sure did';t meet everyone. PA can be a bit rural but PGH and other cities are okay. Just an opinion.
