Problem installing and removing apps in nokia n93.?

I m having problem th installing n removin application in my nokia n93..everytime i try it shows install failed..i guess i might ve mistakenly deleted installation or .sis file from my memory. So could any1 tell me where 2 download d file i deleted or any other remedy. Your help ll b appreciated..
