Would my "diet && exercise rountine" help me lose 15-20 pounds?
No no no no dont eat small meals that will have you coming back for more food all the time drink a lot of water probally a nice sandwich with a banna for lunch and breakfast is great what you eat and plus for dinner you NEED to have atleast some kind of protein like broccoli and take a walk b4 dinner so while ur eatin calories are still burnin inside ur body and drink a water b4 dinner so you wont be that hungry when you eat it..which will stop you from overfilling your dinner plate and if your drink water b4 each meal you burn like 100 calories :)
