Any ideas for a very y meal on a very important date?

Im starting to see a guy who is very sweet and loves to cook for me. He comes up with great dishes that I love. The other night he challenged me to cook for him on our next date. Since my abilities in the kitchen ONLY- are limited- we decided I can make something simple. I want to impress! Any ideas for a sensual dinner? Im thinking mostly foods that we can eat with our hands, and that would go great with some good wine. Any ideas for a very y meal? Best answer the person that also recommends the great wine.
