Biblically or religiously speaking, as a woman am I permitted to do this?

If I believe the pastor at my church to be completely wrong and off-base, as a woman am I permitted to counsel him and explain to him why he is wrong or why he is misleading the congregation? I really don't want to leave the church I attend due to the appreciation I have for the congregation as a community. I feel it would be better if the pastor was set straight. As a woman, though, do you think I am allowed to do this?
