so two days ago i started working out again and i chose that day to be my bicep day. I did my bicep curls with a barbell not a dumbell and it hurts on the inside of my elbow to the point where i cant straighten my arm. its more comfortable bent. Its not tendonitis or golfers elbow. Its kind of like underneath the vains in the inside of my elbow. its not the outside or my joint. i think its muscle or tendon but it hurts so bad. what is it and why is it doing this?
