How do i remove w32spyrat?

Okk my computer is infected with w32 spyrat and everytime i try to remove it using kaspersky antivirus,nothing happens.The virus is still in my computer. NOTE: I tried deleting the false registry the malware created. PLEASE I NEED A SOLUTION FAST
