I'm petrified I have chicken pox!?

I'm 16 and I've never had them before. I saw my friend last wednesday and she was perfectly fine. then she got her first spot on the saturday. she has chicken pox. I am so scared I have them now, do you think I might have got them with her not having any symptoms until 2-3 days afterwards?
