Isn't that a little Contradicting?

I asked two questions..One to Republicans and one to Democrats... And both i have been called a ***. Obviously they both sides don't like each other much. But it seems to me its contradictory because I feel the best way to handle Iraq is to stop this Partisan arguing and actually try to work together to see what is best for the Iraqi people, the troops, and ultimately America. Even thought you guys have great opinions on how this war should be handled, I find any plan will end up hurting us in the end, if the plan doesn't involve both parties working for one goal. That is my opinion..I just wanna hear yours.
