What could this scalp problem be? and which doctor do I see?

Went and looked on Webmd.com with the symptom check thing and it does point to psoriasis and you should go to a dermatologist. Also points a bit towards Eczema. It could be so many things that you really need to go to the doctor to get a diagnosis and some medicine to start treating immediately!!!
